Do you remember what happened during the lockdown? Well, lots of things happened, but one of the most surprinsing things was that flour and yeast disappeared from supermarkets. It was very difficult to find just a bag of flour....you may wonder, why? There are hundreds of possible answers to this question, but the one I like the most is the following: 4th year students were making pizza at home. Now, they want to share a basic recipe with all of you. Just in case we go back to a lockdown situation, you know.
